Research carried out so far for 'Islamophobia'...

1.Since October 2006, Tanya been collecting articles from newspapers that relate to 'Islamophobia'.

2.Naziya has been recording live Islamic events, such as the Global Unity Peace Conference, as well video captions from the News.

3.Tanya has been listening to contemporary Rock/Indie music that could possibly be used in 'Islamophobia' such as Chris Cornell, Greenday,Scott Matthews and Jack Johnson. Naziya has been listening to Islamic music such as Sami Yusuf , as we have decided that we would like to put both contrapuntal and parallel music.

4. Both myself and Naziya have been using the Internet to download music, pictures, videos , as well as for research purposes.

5. We have also researched into the places that we would like to interview different people such as East London, Oxford Street and local areas.

6. Moreover we have also researched into experts who are familiar with the topic 'Islamophobia', and whom we can include in our documentary.

Overall, by doing this research we have had a few ideas on the possible outcomes that 'Islamophobia' can consist of. Furthermore, in my point of view (Tanya) I found the research extremely useful as i got an insight into the world of Islam as i wasn't so familiar with it before.
